To prepare this scale model, I searched in specialized magazines and books until I found several possibilities that I liked. Once the drawings were made and the final design personalized, I began to build it using rests of wooden bits from my scale ships. The shutter is practicable and when you open it you get access to the interior: shelves, drawers and a central door. Down, within the columns that support the set, other drawers and two doors, all accessible. I mainly used sapelli and ramin, and some manzonia boards. I made the metal handles and columns myself. |
